The following terms and conditions with this job offer are fully explained below:
- THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
- TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
- DAILY TRANSPORTATION: Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite incompliance with all applicable Federal and Commonwealth laws and regulations: NOT APPLICABLE/NOT AVAILABLE.
- OVERTIME AVAILABLE: Overtime hours will be available to the worker under this job offer and payable for every hour worked at the rate disclosed in this application. AVAILABLE/APPLICABLE - Overtime is available at the rate of $16.98/hr. for any hours worked over 40 hrs. per week.

Know the functions of automotive, heavy equipment & power generator parts; the basic functions of various tools & equipment related to the industry. Be able to use mathematical calculations to convert the units of measure to determine sizes with precision measuring tools, discuss the use and features of parts with customers and work with the TAMS (total automated management system). Read catalogs to determine new parts on the market. Determine replacement parts required according to inspections of old parts, customer requests or based on customers' descriptions of malfunctions. Look over machine, product or car to determine what part is needed. Recommend substitute parts or show customers how to modify parts. Examine parts for defects. Exchange defective parts. Take payments in the form of cash, check or credit card for purchases and dispense change. Take inventory of stock and replenish when needed. Take orders by visiting the customers location. Sell parts to garages, retail shops, truck and bus companies, fleet customers and the public. Measure parts, using precision measuring instruments to match with similar parts. Mark and store parts in stockroom according to the prearranged system. Set up merchandise for display. Answer customers' questions or problems. Look up stock numbers and prices for parts in catalogs or on computers. May work in areas where flammable and hazardous materials are present. Adhere to company safety standards at all time. Train and supervise sales personnel in sourcing parts using various catalogs and assist them in finding parts. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
